To order or enquire, please initially forward an email or letter with details of your requirements. We will then confirm all details and prices for your agreement prior to commencing any production.
When ordering or enquiring please make sure you state which of the STANDARD BADGE DESIGNS you require.
When ordering name tabs please type or print all names etc required and check spellings, as once tabs are made they cannot be altered.
When contacting us in the first instance please include the name of your Scout Group, Guide Company or District.
A land line telephone number or email address is useful for checking order details.

Please note, that all items are hand made to your order and therefore will not be available for immediate dispatch.
We are a small workshop and at busy times there may be delays.
If your order is for a special event, please advise us of the date on initial contact.
Payment can be made by Bank transfer or by cheque drawn on a UK bank.
Cheques to be made payable to “Mrs P. J. VOOGHT“
Payment can also be made from your paypal account, or from your credit or debit card through paypal. In this instance full charges will be set out in our email to you and following your agreement a paypal payment request will be issued to you.
An additional charge of 6% of total order cost, will be added to cover paypal charges.
